Hi, I’m Ashlee Kriegel!
Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of building a career in real estate - one that combines two things I genuinely love: helping people and continually growing my knowledge of homes. I’m passionate about real estate because I believe a home is where life happens. It’s where families gather, milestones are celebrated, and everyday moments become the core memories we carry with us for a lifetime.
I also have a strong appreciation for the construction side of real estate. I enjoy understanding how a home is built and what goes into creating a home that is well-built, thoughtfully constructed, and made to stand the test of time. I love being able to share that knowledge with my clients and help them look beyond what they see on the surface. For me, there’s something incredibly rewarding about helping someone find not just a house, but a place where they can build a life and create memories of their own.
I grew up in the small town of Ogden, Iowa, where I learned the value of community, hard work, and looking out for your neighbors. Today, I’m proud to call Ames, Iowa, home and love helping others find a place they’re excited to call home, too.
To me, real estate is about so much more than buying and selling houses. It’s about people, relationships, and being there for my clients during some of life’s biggest moments. I bring enthusiasm, honesty, and a personal touch to every transaction, with the goal of making the process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more enjoyable. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll most likely find me with my husband, Nate, and our little boy, Leroy. Family is incredibly important to me, and home is truly my happy place. I love spending time in the heart of our home -the kitchen- getting my hands dirty in our
garden, and always finding opportunities to learn and grow.
