Hey, I’m Heidi!
I’m a REALTOR® with Heartland Realty, but real estate for me has always been about more than houses. It’s about people, their stories, their goals, and helping them find the right place for the next chapter of their lives.
I bring a little bit of a different perspective to real estate. I’ve worked in nursing, property management, investing, construction, real estate, and renovations. My husband, Josh, is a general contractor, and together we’re The Property Pair. We’ve built, remodeled, flipped, and invested in properties ourselves, so I know firsthand that sometimes the perfect house isn’t perfect yet! That's why I offer all of my clients a free pre-offer/pre-listing inspection.
I love helping people see possibilities—whether that means finding a first home, selling a longtime family home, purchasing an investment property, building something new, or finding a house with the potential to become exactly what they’ve been dreaming about.
Most importantly, I want my clients to feel heard, informed, and confident throughout the process.
