As a Certified Home Stager, Lora also brings a valuable perspective to the selling process. She helps homeowners evaluate their property through the eyes of a buyer and provides practical recommendations for staging, presentation, repairs, pricing, and marketing. Through Heartland Realty's professional marketing resources and extensive MLS exposure, her goal is to position each property to reach the right buyers and make a strong first impression.
